Health Technology · Consultant Services · Clinical Insight

I work at the intersection of clinical reality and product strategy, helping health-tech teams navigate complex decisions as their products take shape. As a speech-language pathologist with experience across healthcare, product, sales, and learning environments, I’m able to work fluently across clinical, technical, and business conversations.I specialize in helping teams make sense of clinical feedback, understand what clinicians are actually asking for, and shape product direction that holds up in real-world use. The focus is not on doing more, but on making sound decisions early so quality, trust, and adoption aren’t compromised as complexity increases. This work is grounded in clinical context and practical product thinking, with an emphasis on building things clinicians trust and people actually use.
Every team reaches moments where clarity becomes essential. I partner with early-stage health-tech teams during those moments, supporting decisions that keep momentum moving in the right direction. The work may take the form of a short-term sprint, a focused product review, or ongoing advisory support. Regardless of structure, the goal is the same: help teams move forward with confidence, reduce avoidable rework, and ensure product decisions are grounded in clinical reality and the customer journey. This approach supports teams moving quickly without losing sight of what matters most. Progress becomes intentional, not reactive.

This work is collaborative by design. I work closely with founders, product leaders, and technical teams to support shared understanding of the “why” behind key decisions. My role is not to replace internal expertise, but to bring clinical context, outside perspective, and structured thinking to moments where tradeoffs are complex and stakes are high. The result is stronger alignment, clearer direction, and product decisions that continue to hold up as you continue to pivot and grow.
I value evidence, clarity, and care in the work we put into the world. If you’re building with care and intention, let’s start a conversation.
